 Most projects take approximately 6–12 months from design through move-in, depending on site conditions, permitting timelines, and the level of customization involved. We establish a realistic timeline early so expectations are clear from the start. 


 Our team is based in Florida, but we design and support projects throughout the East Coast and beyond. If you have land, we’ll explore whether a Wanderhaus is the right fit for your location. 


Every Wanderhaus is custom, with cost influenced by size, site conditions, level of finish, and overall scope. Rather than fixed pricing, we work with clients to define a realistic budget early and design a home that aligns with both vision and priorities. 


Not at all. Our role is to manage the technical complexity — engineering, permitting, codes, and coordination — so you can focus on the experience and outcome. Whether a project uses conventional methods, alternative systems, or a hybrid approach, we guide the process end to end. 


 Yes. Many of our homes are designed to minimize environmental footprint, with options for solar, rainwater collection, and high-performance insulation systems.
