Rather than forcing a conventional home onto the site, the concept embraces a modern courtyard layout that creates a stronger connection between indoor living, outdoor spaces, and the surrounding environment. The architecture focuses on light, landscape, water, and layered outdoor living to create a home that feels both refined and relaxed.

Based on ongoing market feedback and current buyer trends, there is growing interest in modern hybrid-style homes that offer strong architectural identity, indoor / outdoor living, and a lifestyle-oriented experience that stands apart from traditional residential construction in the area.
