The Grove is a modern tropical courtyard home designed around privacy, light, and indoor / outdoor living. The layout centers around a private pool courtyard with large sliding glass openings that allow the living spaces, kitchen, and bedroom suites to connect naturally with the surrounding landscape.
The base concept features a flexible 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom layout with an optional detached pavilion that can function as a guest suite, office studio, wellness space, or additional entertaining area. Warm natural materials, layered landscape lighting, covered outdoor spaces, and a resort-inspired atmosphere are intended to create a home that feels both elevated and relaxed — equally suited for full-time living, a private retreat, or a high-end vacation property.
The Grove was intentionally designed around the idea of “right-sized” modern living — creating a home that delivers the feeling and experience of a much larger architectural retreat without requiring an oversized footprint. While the conditioned interior space remains efficient, the true living experience expands outward through the courtyard layout, covered outdoor spaces, layered landscaping, natural light, and seamless indoor / outdoor connections.
