A quiet fishing camp on the waters of Lake George
This private, primitive fishing camp sits on land slated for future homes by OneEleven Design/Build.
Before building begins, we’re opening the land in a limited and intentional way — allowing anglers and outdoor-minded guests to experience Lake George the way it’s meant to be experienced: quietly, simply, and without crowds.

This is not a campground.
It’s a private, primitive basecamp designed for fishing trips and quiet stays.
• Primitive tent camping on wooded land
• Short stays only — ideal for anglers
• No RVs, no hookups, no party scene
• Old Florida setting with dark skies and natural surroundings
If you’re here, you’re here for the water.

Lake George is one of Florida’s largest freshwater lakes and part of the historic St. Johns River system.
Known for its fishing heritage, expansive open water, and Old Florida character, the lake has long attracted anglers looking for space, quiet, and consistent fishing opportunities.
Surrounded by conservation lands and lightly developed communities, Lake George remains one of the few places in Florida where the water still feels big and unspoiled.

Anglers are drawn to Lake George for its largemouth bass, diverse fishery, and year-round opportunities.
Others come for the quiet — early mornings on the water, open skies, and the sense of being somewhere that hasn’t been overbuilt.
It’s a place people return to, season after season.

Services are spread out here — part of what keeps the area quiet. Planning ahead makes for a better stay.
We’ve put together a simple local guide with information on food, bait, boat access, day trips, and nearby beaches.
